Manage Coupons (Add/Edit/Delete)

Add/Edit Coupon

1. Go to Pricing. 
2. Select the Coupon tab.
3. Click Add Coupon.
4. Enter a name, % discount (1-100) and claim limit (per customer). 
5. Enter a redeemable code, or select Generate Random Code. It is advised you only use random codes if you are issuing coupon codes for one time use e.g. gift cards as they are long and complex to enter at checkout.
6. Select a start date, and select an end date (if it is only for a specified time period), otherwise tick no end date.
7. Click Save.

This will create a coupon for all services and sequences. 

Connect services/sequences

1. In the services/sequences section, click Edit.
2. Untick All Services/Sequences, click Add Service/Sequence.
3. Select the relevant service from the drop-down list. Repeat this process until all relevant services/sequences have been added. 
4. Click Save.

Publish Coupon

1. Review the details of the coupon. 
2. Once it is ready to be used, click Publish. 

Delete Coupon

1. Go to Pricing. 
2. Select the Coupon tab.
3. Select the relevant coupon from the list.
4. Click Delete.
5. A pop up message will display, click Delete.
