Add/Edit a Service

Service Details

Go to Services.
Click Add Service, or for existing services click Edit.
Enter the details of the Service.
Click Save.

Fields	Information/Input
Name	Name of the service, displayed to the customer.
Description	Description of the service, displayed to the customer.
Icon	Visual cue, displayed to the customer.
Duration	The length of the service (in minutes), displayed to the customer.
Buffer	The length of time after a service is completed before another can be booked (in minutes).
Pricing strategy	Relevant pricing strategy. You can find out more about pricing strategies here.
Standard Price	Enter the dollar amount for the service, displayed to the customer.
Minimum Price	Enter the minimum dollar amount for the service. This only applies if dynamic pricing is selected as the pricing strategy.
Maximum Price	Enter the maximum dollar amount for the service. This only applies if dynamic pricing is selected as the pricing strategy.
Enable Repeat Bookings	If selected, customers are able to make repeat future bookings in the same booking sequence.

Resource Categories

Under Resource Categories, click Edit.
Click Add.
Select the Resource Category.
Select the Resource Allocation.
Select the Resource Ratio.
Click Save.

Locations

Under Resource Categories, click Edit.
Click Add.
Select the Resource Category.
Select the Resource Allocation.
Select the Resource Ratio.
Click Save.
To make the location visible on the customer booking flow, click Edit on Service details and update the status from Draft to Public, click Save.

Delete a Service

Go to Services.
Click on the Service.
In Service Details, click Delete.
A pop up will ask for confirmation to delete, click Delete.
