Customers are able to cancel their booking from their Aionic account. However, you may have to cancel bookings, as required. Here's two ways you can cancel a booking.
From the booking calendar
- Go to Home.
- Find the booking on the calendar, and click Manage Booking.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- Select the relevant Cancelled By option. Once selected, it will display the refund calculated as per the cancellation policy.
- If you selected Cancelled By Customer, select the cancellation reason from the drop down.
- Enter cancellation notes, click Cancel Booking.
From the customer profile
- Go to Customers.
- Find and select the customer.
- Locate the relevant booking and click Manage Booking.
- From the booking screen, click Manage Booking.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- Select the relevant Cancelled By option. Once selected, it will display the refund calculated as per the cancellation policy.
- If you selected Cancelled By Customer, select the cancellation reason from the drop down.
- Enter cancellation notes, click Cancel Booking.
The refund will be returned to the same payment method used to make the booking. |
