Customers are able to reschedule their booking from their Aionic account. However, you may have to reschedule bookings, as required. Here's two ways you can reschedule a booking.
From your booking calendar
- Go to Home.
- Find the booking on the calendar, and click Manage Booking.
- Select Reschedule Booking.
- Review the booking details, click Continue.
- Select a new date and time.
- Review the new booking details, click Reschedule booking.
From the customer profile
- Go to Customers.
- Find and select the customer.
- Locate the relevant booking and click Manage Booking.
- From the booking screen, click Manage Booking.
- Select Reschedule Booking.
- Review the booking details, click Continue.
- Select a new date and time.
- Review the new booking details, click Reschedule booking.
