Reschedule a booking

Customers are able to reschedule their booking from their Aionic account. However, you may have to reschedule bookings, as required. Here's two ways you can reschedule a booking. 


From your booking calendar

  1. Go to Home
  2. Find the booking on the calendar, and click Manage Booking.
  3. Select Reschedule Booking
  4. Review the booking details, click Continue.
  5. Select a new date and time
  6. Review the new booking details, click Reschedule booking.


From the customer profile

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Find and select the customer.
  3. Locate the relevant booking and click Manage Booking
  4. From the booking screen, click Manage Booking.
  5. Select Reschedule Booking
  6. Review the booking details, click Continue.
  7. Select a new date and time
  8. Review the new booking details, click Reschedule booking.


Things to note:

  • You can only reschedule bookings for the same service and number of people. Otherwise, you'll need to cancel the booking and make a new booking.
  • The customer will receive a notification that the booking has been rescheduled.
  • Dynamic pricing only: If you reschedule a booking for a time slot that is higher in value, the customer will need to pay the difference in price.
