Notifications are sent to customers at different touchpoints throughout the process from making a booking until the booking has been completed. Customer notifications are sent via SMS and/or email, depending on the details provided during the booking process.

Booking reminder | 3 days prior to booking | Date, time, location and details of booking. Link to view and manage booking. |
Booking rescheduled | Immediate on reschedule | Date, time, location and details of booking. Link to view and manage booking. |
Booking cancelled | Immediate on cancellation | Date, time location and details of cancelled booking. Information about refund process and contact details. |
If guest information is supplied for group bookings they will also receive the notifications outlined above. |
