Customer notifications

Notifications are sent to customers at different touchpoints throughout the process from making a booking until the booking has been completed. Customer notifications are sent via SMS and/or email, depending on the details provided during the booking process.

If guest information is supplied for group bookings they will also receive the notifications outlined above.
