What are Locations?
Locations are used to segment services at the top of the hierarchy, they provide your customers an understanding of what services are offered and can be booked at each location.
For each location you will need to enter the following:
Location Details
Field | Purpose |

| Name | Display name shown to your customers and displayed in the email and SMS notifications. |
| Description | Provides additional information about the location. |
| Address (including suburb, post code, state and country) | Displayed when customer is selecting a location, at confirmation of booking and in email and SMS notifications. |
| Time zone | Time zone used to manage booking calendar and hours. |
| Contact details associated with bookings at this location. | |
| Phone number | Contact details associated with bookings at this location. |
Anonymise Location
You can hide your full address from customers on the location page in the customer booking flow. Your full address details will still display at the order confirmation and in email
Location Hours
The location hours are the hours when you are open and/or available and offer your services.
There are four ways you can edit your location hours for the days.
- Edit Individual Days
- Edit All Days
- Edit Monday - Friday
- Edit Saturday - Sunday

Time Periods
You can add time periods to a day to insert breaks in availability, use the start and end times to create the breaks.
