Accept payments

Before you can take bookings on Aionic, you will need to set up an account with our payment processer, Stripe.


Stripe will allow you to collect payments upfront during the booking process, which removes the need to manage payments manually with your customers. Taking payment before the service drastically reduces the amount of no shows and late cancellations.


During the Aionic onboarding process, you will be prompted to create and connect your Stripe account. 


You'll need to have the following information handy when you're setting up your account:

  • Registered Business details, including address, ABN 
  • Bank Account Details


Add Stripe Account

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Payment Providers.
  3. Click Create Stripe Account
  4. Follow the Stripe set up instructions on screen. If you have an existing Stripe account use the same email address and login to connect your account to Aionic. 
  5. If you leave the set up process without completing, you can return and click Continue Stripe Onboarding at a later time.
  6. Once you have completed your Stripe account set up, it will go back to Aionic. Once there, click on Activate Stripe Account. You will be prompted to complete further steps in Stripe to accept payments. 
  7. Once complete, you can go to your Stripe dashboard from your Aionic account.
