Manage waivers

Add a waiver

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Waivers.
  3. Click Add Waiver.
  4. Enter a name, validity period and enter the content. Note: You can copy and paste the content from another document and it will keep the formatting. 
  5. Click Save.
  6. Once you are ready for the waiver to be live, click Publish.




Assign a waiver to a location

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Waivers.
  3. Select the relevant waiver. 
  4. Click Locations.
  5. Click Edit. Select the relevant location/s.
  6. Click Save.




Edit a waiver

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Waivers.
  3. Select the relevant waiver. 
  4. Click Drafts.
  5. Click Edit. Change the waiver content as needed. 
  6. Click Save. 
  7. Once you are ready for the new waiver to be live, click Publish




A new published waiver will prompt each customer on their next booking to read and accept the terms.
