Cancel a booking

Customers are able to cancel their booking from their Aionic account. However, you may have to cancel bookings, as required. Here's two ways you can cancel a booking. 

From the booking calendar

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Find the booking on the calendar, and click Manage Booking.
  3. Click Cancel Booking.
  4. Select the relevant Cancelled By option. Once selected, it will display the refund calculated as per the cancellation policy.
  5. If you selected Cancelled By Customer, select the cancellation reason from the drop down. 
  6. Enter cancellation notes, click Cancel Booking.



From the customer profile

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Find and select the customer.
  3. Locate the relevant booking and click Manage Booking
  4. From the booking screen, click Manage Booking.
  5. Click Cancel Booking.
  6. Select the relevant Cancelled By option. Once selected, it will display the refund calculated as per the cancellation policy.
  7. If you selected Cancelled By Customer, select the cancellation reason from the drop down. 
  8. Enter cancellation notes, click Cancel Booking.





The refund will be returned to the same payment method used to make the booking.
