Service/sequence custom hours

Each service or sequence can be assigned custom hours of availability, providing you with the flexibility to manage your business the way you want to. 


The hours that you assign to specific services/sequences will override the Location hours.


Availability Options


Location HoursInherits the operating hours from the hours set under Locations.
Custom HoursDiffering hours of operation from the hours set under Locations.


Editing Options

  • Edit Individual Days
  • Edit Monday - Friday
  • Edit Saturday - Sunday
  • Edit All Days

Time Periods

You can add time periods to a day to insert breaks in availability, use the start and end times to create the breaks.


How to add or edit service/sequence hours


  1. Go to Services/Sequences.
  2. In the Location section, click Edit.
  3. Under Custom Availability, click on the pencil symbol to edit.
  4. To change from location hours to custom hours, untick Same as Location Hours or 
  5. Click Edit to change the start and end times as required. When using Edit All Days, Edit Mon-Fri, Edit Sat-Sun enter the start and end dates and click Apply.
  6. Once all hours have been updated, click Save


Things to note

  • All changes will take effect immediately. 
  • Any existing bookings that are impacted by the change in hours will not be changed. You will need to manually reschedule these bookings if you need them to change.
