Your customers are at the centre of everything you do. In this article, we'll guide you through the customer profile which provides you with a way to efficiently manage and personalise your customers experience by having their information at your fingerprints.
Note: Our customer database should not replace your existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Overview of a customer profile
Every customer profile has:
- Basic personal details.
- Waiver information (if applicable).
- Booking history - upcoming and past.
Customer personal details
You can view your customer's personal details or edit their personal details, as required.
- Go to Customers.
- Click on the Customer.
- In the details section, click Edit.
- Edit the Customer details.
- Click Save.
You are unable to edit the customer's email address as this is the unique identifier for their account. If you need to change their email address, contact the Aionic support team. |
Customer waiver status
If there is an applicable waiver, it will be recorded against the customer's profile this includes:
- Status
- Expiry Date
You can view their status and send a new waiver as required.
To send a new waiver:
- Go to Customers.
- Click on the Customer.
- In the Waiver section, click Send New Waiver.
Customer booking history
From the customer profile you can view their booking history which includes their upcoming and past bookings. You can view the following information:
- Order Number
- Service/Sequence
- Location
- Date and Time
- Status
