Record notes on a booking

  1. Go to Home.
  2. If more then one Location, select the Location.
  3. Click on the day of the booking.
  4. Find and click on the booking.
  5. Under Subscriber Notes click on the Pencil to edit.
  6. Add your notes, click Save.





Things to note

  • You can only add notes to a booking before the booking takes place.
  • The added notes are only saved to the booking, and not to the customer profile.
