Some businesses may need to check in their customers when they show up for their booking. This can be helpful if there are multiple staff members working and they need to know at any moment how many people are in the venue.
Check in your customer
- Go to Home.
- If more then one Location, select the Location.
- Click on the day of the booking.
- Find and click on the booking.
- At the bottom of the booking screen, click Check In.
This will change the booking status to Checked In.
